**Belgium:**
Transport costs for orders depend on the chosen parcel service.
Delivery time: 2-3 working days. During school holidays: 2-4 working days.
- Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays, and no deliveries on Saturdays.
- Orders are shipped with Bpost, DPD, or De Fietskoerier.
- The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, and the package needs to be resent, the customer will be responsible for the full transportation costs (€6.5 for Belgium).
- The recipient is responsible for all customs and mandatory fees. For packages weighing more than 3kg (guidelines for product weight are on the content pages of each individual product), please contact us at hello@clothilde-shop.com.
- Please note that delivery may take 2-3 days, depending on our courier's distribution policy. All deliveries for Belgium are handled by BPost. Orders placed in the morning for products in stock are likely to be delivered more quickly.
- No delivery on Saturdays.
- Orders are shipped a maximum of 2 days after receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will be shipped the next working day.
- Consider choosing delivery to your workplace or preferably to a pickup point in your area.
- Please note that all products are subject to Belgian VAT, included in the separate prices of each product.
**Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal:**
In accordance with the law on commercial practices and consumer information and protection, the buyer has the right of withdrawal. If you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund guarantee as long as the purchased product is unopened and in its original condition. Please return the unused, undamaged product(s) at your own cost and risk (along with your contact information) within 14 days of receiving the goods to our contact address, and you will be reimbursed for the full purchase price of the product within 14 days of receiving your returned items (provided we receive the item(s) sufficiently franked and timely). Please notify us if you wish to cancel your purchase before sending us the goods. There is no claim for a refund if the product has been used, the packaging is damaged or described, or the order has been opened and/or not returned in the original packaging.
