Gebruik

Cleanse your skin. It should be slightly damp.
Smooth out any wrinkles with your fingers. Be careful not to glue any wrinkles in place.

Clean the pad after every 2nd or 3rd use under running water or with oil-free soap. Then let the compress air dry on the foil.
