Preparation:
Whisk 1-2 bamboo spoons daily with warm water around 70°C (168°F) in an M-shape until a foam layer forms. Avoid touching the bottom with your whisk and use a loose wrist. Do not whisk for longer than 20 seconds.
Save:
Store in a dark, cool and closed place in the refrigerator.
Warning:
- Do not drink after 4 p.m.
- Do not drink before certain medications, consult your doctor first
- Do not drink with certain heart conditions
- Do not drink if you are sensitive to caffeine
