Recommended dosage
1 measuring spoon (15 g) per day. To be dissolved in 300 ml of water. Ideally, use the RainPharma shaker to make it easier to dissolve the powder.

Where does their bright look come from?

For theFresh & Fruity RainPharma uses whey isolate.
Isolate means that the protein content is slightly higher than with a concentrate. This is because more fat and carbohydrates have been removed by an extra filtration step. The drink therefore contains only 50 kcal. It is easily soluble and forms a clear solution.

The Fresh & Ginger is based on a pea hydrolyzate.
The protein chains in this hydrolyzate are additionally cut. This form is even easier to absorb for many, is nice and light and is therefore well tolerated.

With the Fresh & Minty you have a base of high quality whey proteins. Like the Fresh & Fruity, this is an isolate. The delicious fresh cucumber and mint flavor is a fantastic addition to this range.

The shakes from the Fresh Collection are rich in protein and clear after dissolving. They are also sugar-free and contain only 50 kcal per 300ml.

Are the Fresh Shakes also suitable for vegans?

The Fresh & Fruity is based on whey proteins. So this is 100%vegetarian but not vegan. The Fresh & Ginger is based on pea proteins, making this variant 100% vegan.
So something for everyone!
