Preparation
Start with thoroughly cleansed skin. For facial cupping, apply theFacial Essential Oil Serumon. For body cupping use theBody Oil.This step is essential — without enough lubricant, the cups won't move properly over your skin.
Application
Gently squeeze the cup, place it on your skin to create light suction, and let it glide smoothly and continuously over your skin. Always move from the center outward or from bottom to top to support lymphatic drainage and promote blood flow.
- Small cup –For delicate areas such as under the eyes and around the lips.
Gently slide the cup from the area under the eyes to the temples or from the corners of the mouth outwards. - Medium cup –For targeted facial areas such as cheeks, jawline and forehead.
Start at the chin and move upward toward the ears and hairline. For the forehead, start in the middle and glide toward the temples. - Large cup –For use on the body.
Ideal for areas like thighs, arms, or abdomen. Always move upwards or towards the lymph nodes to support detoxification and skin firming.
Tips for the best results
- Control the suction by adjusting how firmly you squeeze the cup before inserting it.
- Always keep the cups moving—don't leave them in one place to avoid skin irritation or bruising.
Aftercare
After use, clean the cups with a damp cloth and let them air dry. Avoid submerging them in water.
Important
Facial cups should only be used on healthy, intact skin. Avoid use on active blemishes, rosacea-prone areas, broken capillaries, or open wounds. If you have very sensitive skin, consult your dermatologist. You can always work around reactive areas or concentrate on the neck and décolleté to promote lymphatic flow.
