1 tablet per day, in the evening during a meal

You already know the relationship between zinc, which is also present in Daily Boost, and strong nails, good eyesight and immunity. But zinc also contributes to the metabolism of carbohydrates and proteins, to the division of our cells and to the protection of these cells against oxidative stress.

Chromium contributes to normal metabolism of macronutrients including carbohydrates and the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels.

Finally, manganese plays a role in various energy-providing reactions in the body, but also in the formation of connective tissue that can be found in our cartilage and bones, among other things.

Mighty Nine is an additional addition to Daily Boost. But there are several reasons why we have divided these ingredients into 2 formulas. This makes it practically impossible to get all the nutrients in one tablet. The result would be a very large tablet, which is of course not user-friendly. Furthermore, there is such a thing as “competitive inclusion”. This means that if we were to take calcium - from Mighty Nine - and magnesium - from Daily Boost - at the same time, there is a good chance that one of the two will be absorbed less well. Some substances in Daily Boost can also give us a boost, such as vitamin C and B vitamins. So it is best to take it in the morning. After a long day, it may be desirable to supplement with some minerals in the evening with Mighty Nine.
