How often should I use the lip balm?

You can use it as often as you like. That's one of the advantages of organic products. We strongly recommend applying a thick layer before bed, so your lips have time to recover without the distractions of the day (eating, drinking, etc.).

I noticed small granules in my lip balm. Is this normal?

This happens occasionally with our lip balms because the organic butters sometimes crystallize due to temperature fluctuations that can occur during transport from our factory or if the tube has been in a hot car, etc. But don't panic! The granules are completely harmless and melt away as soon as you apply the balm.

What does the lip balm smell like?

We haven't added any fragrances or essential oils to the lip balm, so you only smell the pure ingredients. The scent is very mild, and most customers describe it as a light blend of coconut and chocolate.

The tubes are made of aluminum.
