Make sure your eyelid is clean and dry before you begin. Dip the brush into the water resistant eyeliner and wipe both sides of the brush for an ultra thin brush.
Hold the eyeliner brush like you would hold a pen for optimal control and precision.
Place the slanted tip of the brush close to the inner lash line and begin drawing a thin line. Work outward, following the shape of your eyelid.
The slanted shape of the brush makes it easy to adjust the angle and thickness of the line. Use the flat side of the brush for a thicker line and the point for a thin, precise line.
For a winged eyeliner look, place the slanted tip of the brush at the end of your eyelid and draw the line upwards at the desired angle.
Let the eyeliner dry and apply mascara if desired to complete your eye look.
