You love your baby more than anything in this world. But don't forget yourself. Breastfeeding can cause sore nipples. These nipple pads are the perfect protection.

Before applying the Gel Pad, it is important to clean and dry the skin.

1. Remove the pad from the packaging and carefully place the adhesive side on your chest
2. Use it regularly for at least one hour

After use, store your pad on the foil and in the sachet bag. You can clean it occasionally with a mild soap under running, lukewarm water.
